Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in:
- Human Resource Management
- Personnel Management
- Public Administration / Public Management
- PERSAL Controller’s Certificate (compulsory)
- Valid driver’s licence
- 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resource Administration
- Solid knowledge of:
- Constitution, Public Service Act & Regulations
- Labour Relations Act, PFMA, BCEA
- Employment Equity Act, EPMS
Key Duties
- Oversee and control the PERSAL system
- Maintain and manage PERSAL user profile registers
- Facilitate PERSAL training and help desk support
- Administer Biometric Access Control
- Provide strategic input for HR policies
- Manage team resources and performance
