Salary: R522 576 Basic Salary per annum

Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: National Diploma in Payroll (NQF 5), or HR/Accounting (NQF 6).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR Payroll Administration.
- At least 1 year experience with SAP Payroll and Database Management.
- At least 1 year of supervising payroll staff.
- Other: Valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll input, processing, and accurate payment of employee salaries.
- Verify bank and salary changes, unlock SAP transactions, and upload third-party deduction schedules.
- Manage salary variances, overtime, final payments, and vendor reconciliations.
- Upload EFT and payroll files via Fihrst Connect Scheduler.
- Address payroll-related queries and ensure timely responses.
- Liaise with Finance, SARS, pension funds, and medical aid providers regarding payroll submissions and compliance.
- Ensure UIF applications and special payments (e.g., leave encashments) are processed correctly.
- Coordinate long service awards and termination processes.
- Train new HR administrators on SAP HR/PY and ensure adherence to HR policies and legislative compliance.
- Maintain accurate personnel records—manual and electronic.
