Post Title: Senior Accounting Clerk – Accounts Payable
Reference Number: ITAC 01/2025
Salary: R255,450 per annum
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) or National Diploma (NQF 6) in Accounting or Finance
- Two years’ public sector financial administration experience
- Computer literacy (SAGE 300 is an advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture invoices on SAGE 300 and manage creditors’ age analysis
- Prepare monthly financial schedules and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Support audits, maintain records, assist with month-end and year-end functions
- Provide support to the CFO and assist in risk mitigation within the Finance Unit
Post Title: Administrator – Import and Export Control (x2 Posts)
Reference Number: ITAC 8/2025
Contract: Two-Year Contract
Salary: R255,450 per annum plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate
- Experience in office administration and understanding of import/export environment
- Advanced computer literacy and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of the International Trade Administration Act
- Handle applications for import/export permits related to scrap metal, semi-finished goods, and machinery
- Sort, capture, and manage both electronic and hard-copy permit applications
- Support the adjudication process and maintain accurate records
