Programme Administrator: Corporate Support
- Reference: HDAPA001
- Contract Type: 6 Months Temporary Contract
- Remuneration: R19,500 per month (all-inclusive package)
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Post-matric qualification (advantageous)
- Relevant experience in office administration and coordination
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate independently
Key Duties:
- Coordinate and support the implementation of Corporate Support programmes and projects
- Manage document storage, tracking, and the IMIS system
- Assist in budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and procurement processes
- Handle general administrative support including bookings, reporting, and departmental liaison
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports for the Corporate Support department
- Ensure efficient management of departmental records and stakeholder databases
