Administration Officer: Bids Administration

- Salary: R325 101 per annum (Level 07)

- Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 plus a three-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Management, Logistics Management, Public Finance and Accounting, Purchasing Management, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant Supply Chain Management experience.
- Knowledge of PFMA, PPPFA regulations, Contract Administration, and SCM Guidelines.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on Media Buying, Terms of Reference, Specifications, and Deviations.
- Track and manage media buying requests and client fund allocations.
- Build internal capacity on bid processes.
- Ensure compliance with PFMA and other procurement regulations.
- Manage and update bid and deviation databases.
- Administer contracts and procurement plans, and ensure correct document filing.
- Prepare submissions and reports, coordinate procurement plan monitoring, and supervise staff.
