Post Title: Chief Corporate Services Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Postgraduate Qualification (NQF Level 8) in Business Management, Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 12 years of functional experience, including 5–8 years in a strategic senior management role.
- Desirable Qualification: Postgraduate Qualification (NQF Level 9) in a related field.
- Sector Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and oversee the implementation of the Corporate Services strategy.
- Lead HR, B-BBEE, and Facilities Management functions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
- Manage recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and organisational development.
- Contribute to executive-level strategic decision-making.
- Oversee risk assessments, performance management, budgeting, and procurement.
- Foster stakeholder relationships and uphold Occupational Health and Safety compliance.
