1. HR Generalist (Recruitment, HR Services, Performance Management)

Key Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment and onboarding process
- Employee relations and performance management support
- Policy and compliance advisory
- Assist with employment equity reporting
- Develop and implement HR policies and wellness programmes
- Facilitate offboarding and conduct exit interviews
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (NQF 7)
- 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Consultant role
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
- HR systems and e-recruitment systems knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. HR Generalist (Payroll-Focused)

Key Responsibilities:
- All duties listed above plus:
- End-to-end payroll processing and administration using Sage 300 People
- Reconciliation of payroll reports and statutory submissions
- Administering employee benefits (e.g. retirement, medical aid)
- Resolving payroll queries and ensuring data accuracy
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (NQF 7)
- Payroll qualification (advantageous)
- At least 3 years’ experience in payroll processing using Sage 300 People
- 3–5 years in HR generalist/consultant roles
- Excellent command of payroll systems and statutory compliance
