OFFICE MANAGER & PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE PRINCIPAL CENTRAL OFFICE
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the administration in the office of the Principal
  • Manage the diary of the Principal
  • Minute taking at Executive and College Council meetings
  • Responsible for all official communication from the Principals office
  • Prepare documentation for meetings that the Principal attends
  • Filing of all official documents and correspondence
  • Travelling arrangements of the Principal
  • Process all business claims of the Principal
  • The demands of the position may require the incumbent to work flexi after hours on occasion
REQUIREMENTS
  • Grade 12/ L4 plus suitable secretarial / administrative qualification
  • Minimum 5 years work-related experience
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet
  • Excellent typing skills Advanced English verbal/ written communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and function independently
