Location: PretoriaKey Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of the DSBD’s international relations strategy.
- Assist in bilateral and multilateral negotiations aimed at supporting SMMEs and Cooperatives.
- Conduct research on economic trends and geopolitical developments affecting bilateral relations.
- Monitor and evaluate international trends and their impact on the department’s strategy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Economics, Development Studies, or related field (NQF level 7).
- 3 years of relevant experience in international relations or intergovernmental affairs.
- Strong communication, research, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Assistant Director: International Relations International Cooperation

Location: PretoriaKey Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for international cooperation programs, ensuring compliance with SA Government policy.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with international cooperation partners (donor organisations).

- Build and maintain relationships with international market stakeholders.
- Advise on the impact of international trends (socio-economic and geopolitical) on the department’s strategy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Economics, Development Studies, or related field (NQF level 7).
- 3 years of relevant experience in international relations or market access support.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.

Location: PretoriaKey Responsibilities:- Research and assess business infrastructure to improve access for SMMEs.
- Investigate and propose solutions for utilizing state-owned properties for small business use.
- Support infrastructure development plans and conduct due diligence for new projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Project Management, or related field (NQF level 7).
- 3 years of experience in business administration, infrastructure development, or project management.
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is advantageous.
- Officer: International Relations

Location: PretoriaKey Responsibilities:- Coordinate information requests from stakeholders regarding international relations and SMME development.
- Conduct research and statistical analysis on South Africa’s trade and diplomatic positions.
- Provide general administrative support to the business unit.
- National Diploma in International Relations, Political Science, Business Management, or related field (NQF level 6).
- 1 year of work experience in international relations or regional cooperation.
- Strong communication and basic research skills.
