1. Human Resources Generalist (SA-Connect Project)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes
- Contribute to HR policy development and implementation
- Facilitate performance management and change management initiatives
- Support training coordination and employee relations
- Manage HR reporting, termination processes, and administrative functions
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or Practitioner
- Sound knowledge of labour laws (BCEA, SDA, LRA, EEA)
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems
2. Specialist: Contracts (USAASA Project)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
Department: Performance and Planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and manage contracts from initiation to expiry
- Monitor supplier and service provider performance
- Handle contract amendments, renewals, and disputes
- Ensure compliance with legal and policy frameworks (PPPFA, PFMA, BBBEE)
- Prepare contracts reports and track total contract costs
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a 3-year formal tertiary qualification
- 5 years’ experience in contract and supply chain management
- Knowledge of compliance, legal aspects, and public procurement legislation
- Commercial or CIPS qualification is an added advantage
