Requirements
- Relevant NQF level 6 National Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years relevant experience
- Supervising skills
- Code B drivers licence
- Property Valuation knowledge research and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to work independently
- Computer literacy (Ms Word/Excel/Ally Cad)
- Proficient in two of the three regional languages (Afr/Eng/Xhosa)
- Good valuations and building plan interpreting skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience on Property Valuation
