- Ensure effective implementation of strategies to drive business improvement within area of inefficiencies inorder to transition with minimum impact
- Developing & implementing of change & organisational development strategies & initiatives that drive effectiveness & efficiency in the business
- Drive the implementation of change management initiatives designed to build a culture of high performance and innovation.
- Drive the implementation of comprehensive strategies, programs, and action plans to improve critical organisational performance
- Developing HC plans in partnership with business leadership to identify & plan for talent needs & implement / measure the effectiveness & success
- Partners with HRD and HRBP’s in building capabilities for driving the implementation of a high-performance culture
- Leading the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategy that ensure attraction of future ATNS talent
- Leading the talent management process & collaborate with the HRD & Leadership Development function & Snr Leaders on accelerated development planning
- Development of operational and strategic tracking tools to enable reporting for the relevant forums
- Utilizing workforce analytics to drive change and enhancing employee engagement
- Provides organisational development and effectiveness support to HR and business leadership
- Build strategic & integrated solutions that address factors affecting performance by providing assessments & data analysis to the appropriate business.
