1. Learning and Development Consultant – South Africa
ACSA is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to support its skills development initiatives and strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Manager of Skills Development and Training, the successful candidate will play a vital role in the company’s human resources and employee development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement functional strategic plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, training interventions, and compliance with business requirements.
- Conduct training needs analysis and partner with business units to address learning and development needs.
- Oversee the workplace skills plan and manage the bursary process for employees.
- Guide and support both internal and external stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (360 credits) is essential.
- 3-5 years of operational HR Generalist or HRD experience.
- A recommended Bachelor Honours degree in Industrial Psychology/Human Resources.
- Registration as a Skills Development Facilitator and SABPP certification is preferred.

2. Safety Compliance Officer – Cape Town
